This certification requires:

• Completion of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3  training
• Successful passing of written and hands-on (practical) exams
• 24 hours of approved vendor-specific training within the electronics specialty
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain certification

Technicians must also complete 24 hours of continuing education (CEUs) every five years to ensure they stay current with rapidly evolving technology.
