Terms & Conditions
Service Authorization
- Before we begin any diagnostic, repair, or service work on your RV, please provide written authorization.
Billing & Payment
- All services are billed based on:

- Trip charge
- Total service hours
- Parts and/or supplies
- We will add any required state and local taxes to your bill.
- Your service time begins when our technician arrives, and the first hour is included in your Service Visit fee.
- Labor is billed in half-hour increments, with a one-hour minimum for each service call.
- If we finish early, you can request extra service during your remaining time at no extra labor cost.
- We calculate your charges at the end of each service day for full transparency.
- Any extra work, such as installing parts, will be billed separately after the job is complete.
Customer Presence Requirement
- Please make sure you or another designated adult is present during your service appointment.
- If you need to make an exception, let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to help.
Photos & Documentation
- Our technicians may take photos of your job for these reasons:

- Training and educational purposes
- Marketing use
- Verification of completed work
- Customers may:

- Be present during documentation.
- Review photos.
- Request copies.
- We will never sell or share your images for any reason other than what is listed above.
Cancellations
- If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may apply unless we approve an exception.
Recycling & Disposal Services
Back40 Certified RV Restoration & Repair complies with all regulations regarding the proper disposal of appliances, hazardous materials, and debris.
We offer optional disposal services for your convenience:
- Large appliances (e.g., refrigerators): $100
- Medium appliances (e.g., air conditioners, large TVs): $75
- Small appliances (e.g., water heaters, furnaces): $50
- Furniture: $25–$100 each (depending on size)
- General debris (cabinets, counters, wood, etc.): $25–$100
These fees include transportation, labor, and landfill costs, so you know exactly what to expect.
Manufacturer Warranty Policy
Many RV manufacturer warranties let certified mobile technicians perform on-site service. However:
- It is your responsibility to understand your warranty coverage and requirements.
Back40 Certified RV Restoration & Repair will perform warranty work under the following conditions:
- The customer communicates directly with the warranty company.
- All required service documentation is provided in advance.
- We confirm payment arrangements before service to make sure payment is complete on the day of service.
- Back40 will provide any needed documentation, such as invoices or service details, if you request it.
- Any exceptions must be pre-approved prior to the service date.
Mobile Service Visit Rates (Includes one (1) hour of labor):
- 0–30 miles: $130 - $190
- 31–60 miles: $192 - $250
- 61–90 miles: $252 – $310
- 91–120 miles: $312 – $370
- 121–150 miles: $372 – $430
- For locations over 150 miles away, please call us for availability and custom pricing.
- Same location / same RV park with multiple RV units: TBD
Labor Rates
- First hour: Included with service visit
- Additional labor: $130/hour
Additional Charges
- Shop supplies & materials: $25
- Parts and materials: Billed separately

Every mobile service visit includes:
- Travel to your location.
- The first hour of professional diagnostics and service.
